Armenia is country with old culture connected to early Christian religion, somehow similar to Ethiopian history in Africa. Armenian people have suffered very much especially in conflicts with neigbouring countries, such as wars with Turque, etc. Many Armenian people have left their country and have been known especially in Arts, Music, etc. Armenia was a part of Soviet  Union, known at times from good wines and Radio Yerevan, introducing the best jokes about real life in Socialism.

Asian Development Bank, ADB has been financing In Armenia infrastructure projects, roads and school construction, etc. I went to Armenia to introduce Modern School concepts to replace Soviet Era Schools in bad shape.

In my recommendations I proposed changes such as the new Techer Training programme and a New Curricula.
